Thank you for shopping with Lexiyat. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days after the item has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
Free from damage, stains, odor, or signs of wear
Returned with all accessories, tags, and packaging materials included, if applicable
Returned in its original packaging when possible

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered
Items returned without prior approval
Items returned after the 30-day return window
Gift cards or final sale items, if applicable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos or videos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order issue was caused by us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact us first at support@lexiyat.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lexiyat.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try our best to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return.
